Hi, My new phone is working great for incoming calls, but I cannot call out. Every time I dial a phone number there is a pause and a voice comes on and says that I have exceeded the allotted time for dialing hang up and try again.

Well, I have done this numerous times but to no avail. What is wrong? Please help me as soon as possible.

I would like to have this phone working before my husband gets home as he told me I did not need a newfangled phone and it was not worth the effort. Please help.
