I purchased a Panasonic 2.4 Ghz, model no. KXTG2570B in Cincinnati. We were in the process of being transferred to Phoenix at the time & we shopped for a super phone with voice mail, speaker phone, should I become handicapped & memory book.

We set up the phone in our residence in Oct & enjoyed the use of the phone until we took a summer hiatus from AZ in July. When we returned mid October, the phone itself would not receive or make calls. The answering machine does continue to work. We phoned Panasonic trouble shooter line several times & did everything that they recommended to do to activate the phone.

We only used the phone approx 9 months, even though it was in our home a longer period of time. We honestly feel there is some defect in this expensive phone as it will not operate. Our other cheap phones have worked for eons of years & are still going.

It is our hope that you will replace this handset phone with a new one since it has not had usage of more than 9 months.
