Just cut one cord in half, and you'll have two cords with one plug on one end, and six wires on the other end.
It's great for making a transition between a punchdown block and a 6-conductor (3-pair) jack, extending a jack, connecting to a surge protector, or plugging in a gadget that does not have a modular plug.
