This tool is a big time-saver, punching down all four wire pairs and cutting off the excess wire. Much faster than traditional 110 tools that require eight punches per jack. Made for Hubbell Xcelerator jacks. Should be used with Hubbell Premise Wiring "Jack Knuckles" to hold jack while connecting.
