International Sales

We can ship to most countries, either directly or via a freight-forwarder in the US, but we can't guarantee that our products meet the technical or legal requirements for any country other than the United States.

Shipments outside the US are NOT FREE.

If you plan to visit the US, we can usually arrange to have a shipment waiting for you when you arrive at your destination.

If we ship to you outside the US, you are responsible for all customs/duties/taxes in your country.

Sometimes these fees will be collected at the time of delivery. Sometimes fees will be paid in advance for you by FedEx, and FedEx will bill us and then we will charge your credit card account. We do not make a profit on these fees.

You must provide any forms necessary other than the commercial invoice enclosed in your shipment.

If you order something and it is blocked by customs in your country, or can not be delivered to you, or you refuse delivery, we will not refund the shipping charges to you, and we will charge you for return shipping to us plus any customs fees and storage fees incurred.

Due to frequent fraudulent orders and problems with customs, we reserve the right to refuse orders to certain countries. If you are in Nigeria, Singapore, Romania or Indonesia, don't even bother placing an order. We will NOT ship anything to you.

Don't ask us to provide invoices with phony prices to reduce your import duties. We won't lie for you.

International orders are sent by FedEx, except for APO and FPO destinations that can receive Priority Mail and Express Mail shipments.
