Product Description

The Dymo RhinoPRO 5000 is a step up from the RhinoPro 3000. It can handle four tape sizes (not just three), up to 3/4 of an inch wide, and has 25 "save" locations compared to five on the 3000..

It's a  powerful but affordable portable label printer that's perfect for phone, data, audio, video, automation and security wiring in homes and businesses. Although it's designed for the professional installer, it's inexpensive enough for do-it-yourselfers who take pride in their work.

Dymo's innovative “Hot Keys” enable quick and easy labeling of many common functions including cable wraps and flags, fixed lengths, distribution panels, vertical labels and more. You can select from English, French or Spanish when creating labels and choose either inches or millimeters.

With its intuitive, simple interface, the RhinoPRO 5000 will save you time every time you reach for it, and it's bright orange so it's hard to misplace.

The RhinoPRO 5000 uses thermal transfer print technology to produce labels that are that are durable, smearproof, and resists chemicals, solvents, grease, heat, moisture, and other harsh elements. Available in permanent polyester, flexible nylon and heat shrink varieties, RhinoPRO labels will stick and stay stuck even in industrial environments. RhinoPro flexible nylon tapes attach to and securely grip even curved and highly textured surfaces. Easy-to-peel, split-back design. User Comment: "I was very skeptical that anyone had a label that would stick to a cable more than a few minutes. I tried the office label approach. What a disaster! They don't stick. The first one will fall off before you can finish the job. The only reason I decided to try the Rhino was because it looked like someone got serious about labeling cables. But even after I had the 5000 in hand, I wondered if the labels would stick and for how long. So I printed my name and stuck the label to my dikes (diagonal cutter). That was over three months ago. The label is just as firmly attached as it was the day I put it on. Plus you can still read it. Well, I was hooked. It makes a job look very professional and it’s nice to know that when you come back the labels will still be on. I like tools that do what they say and yours is at the top of my list. Everyone that does wiring needs one of these. I have a large installation coming up and you can be sure it will be "Rhinoized." Ron Edwards
