Suttle

Suttle
Founded in 1910, Suttle is said to be the world's largest supplier of high-volume voice connection products used by telephone companies. The company designs, manufacture and markets copper and fiber optic connecting devices and wiring systems for data and voice communications.

An ISO 9001 registered company and TL9000 certified, Suttle is a subsidiary of Communications Systems, Inc., a publicly traded company.

Although Suttle has long been a major supplier to the Bell operating companies, in the 1980s, they had a consumer telephone accessories line called "Tel Products," and promoted as "genuine non-Bell" in reaction to AT&T's "genuine Bell" ad campaign. Except for the packaging, the "genuine non-Bell" jacks and other gadgets were the same as what was being used by the Bell companies.
