It has a 7/16-inch hex socket, with an open side, so it can fit over a coax cable to grip the F connector for tightening or removing.

And as a bonus, there's also a 3/8 - 32 threaded fitting that can securely hold an F-connector while you're inserting the cable, so you get a good fit without hurting your hands.
